This model is good for climbing in a place that has a sufficient influx of digital nomads. However, it's important to keep in mind that working together and living together are two different types of businesses and are much less complementary than most people think. Renting apartments was exactly my first approach to living together. My plan was to rent several apartments in the same building, but I couldn't find the opportunity to rent apartments within a small radius of 500 meters.

Student Hotel is one of my favorite concepts, as it cleverly combines several concepts into a healthy mix. As mentioned before, most living spaces include common areas, a shared kitchen, and private rooms. Expect fully furnished rooms, reliable WiFi, necessary amenities, a private or shared bathroom, a large screen smart TV, and organized events (i.e., lastly, living spaces can also promote well-being through spatial design).

Some examples of this are biophilic design, good air quality, natural light and circadian lighting systems, indoor plants, and the vibrant use of color. To this end, the WELL construction standard is a framework that some living spaces use to promote well-being. Specifically, it includes aspects related to air, water, nutrition, light, physical state, sound, mind, materials, community and innovation.
